This is a one day event designed for Medical, Nursing and Allied Health Professionals to update knowledge in the area of wound management. The day will focus on what causes wounds, how to identify different types of wounds, when to seek help and how to prevent and manage chronic wounds. An Overview of Dressings, how to use the Wound Consumables Scheme and Wound Debridement (NB This is will not provide competency in debridement) will also be included. SOLD OUT! We also provide consultations in clinic as well as local and regional resident care facilities with Wound consultant Toni Howells
NB We are no longer co-located with MIVIR regional vascular services but continue to work very closely with the MIVIR team to offer comprehensive vascular assessments
